For over 25 years i have been focused on exercise, however, a few years ago i began to see little progress in my training which caused me to look at all other aspects of my lifestyle like nutrition, hydration, rest and the way i was training.

At that point i realised that exercise was only a small part of the changes that make the difference so i started to look at what approach to take to include all of the important areas of lifestyle.

Once i did that and made the small changes i started to see a lot of progress and also started to feel a lot more energetic and focused in my everyday life and my quality of life and progress improved drastically.

In my training i also realised that by incorporating Advanced Resistance training techniques into my own training it enabled me to progress at a much faster pace, within my programme i also incorporate these advanced training techniques with my clients.

At that point i realised that a programme should include all aspects of lifestyle and by making small changes to these key elements can make a big difference in progress.

Another missing part of traditional personal training is to educate clients so that they can make their own decisions based on knowledge as we know a personal trainer cant be with you all of the time.

Combining my qualifications in Personal training and nutrition this is where i created AN Transformation.

The 4 elements i focus on are:

  • Exercise
  • Nutrition
  • Education
  • Lifestyle

Within each session not only do we conduct the training session but we allocate additional dedicated time to discuss all of the other elements within the programme.
